How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed within the U.S.A. usually ship within one business day. International orders may require an additional day for customs document preparation.
Shipping transit times:
Our free standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business days within the U.S.A. from the day of shipment to arrive at its destination. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. There have been some delays due to COVID-19.
Unattended Package Deliveries:
We are not responsible for unattended package deliveries. If you will not be available in person to receive your order we HIGHLY RECOMMEND selecting our Standard Delivery + Signature Release option at checkout or have your order delivered to a secure attended address.
We charge a flat $30 shipping fee for all international orders. Customs fees are not included. The shipping cost covers any packaging and the actual transport cost and the completion of customs forms but customs/VAT/import fees are not included and you should plan on paying them (if your country requires them) when your T2 lands in your country. Many countries have online calculators to help figure costs.
Transit times for international orders vary greatly depending on the country destination and their customs clearing procedures. Our system does not automatically send international tracking info. Please email us for your international tracking information at email@example.com.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
If an item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 48 hours excluding weekends. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible. We may request photos of damage in order to file a claim with the shipping company.
