Our patented Iso-Elastic® training method combines the power of reciprocal Isokinetic exercise with elastic resistance.

This compound resistance technique provides the safest and most effective fitness training method ever available and it is proprietary to the T2.

 

You will discover incredibly dynamic exercises, free flowing exercise transitions and a freedom of movement never before possible in an exercise device. All with complete on-the-fly intensity control with no bands, plates or dials to change.

 

Variable resistance Isokinetic exercise is not only adjusted by your rep speed via the T2 static friction housing; simple adjustments to your distance toward or away from the anchor point adjusts the elastic resistance. This is an unprecedented feature of the T2.
