This is a great 15 minute beginner full body circuit to get you started with the T2. Be sure to pay attention to your form and execution. To vary intensity on-the-fly speed up or slow down your movements. You can fine tune resistance by moving your position to increase or decrease the elastic tension created by the bungee.
